How Does Online Notary Work?

Online notary is similar to the traditional process, but instead of meeting in person, meetings occur over a video call, through your webcam. Here are the steps for our online notary process:

1. Make an Appointment / Upload

When making an appointment, you will upload your form that needs to be notarized. We will receive your request and reach out to you if we have any further questions regarding the notarization.

*Remember any notaries that needs witnessing signatures must be on the call and have went through the KBA verification, identification process.

2. Connect

Make sure to join 15 minutes prior as you will have to go through a verification screening process.

Join the call with the notary public via webcam. All signers and witnesses must be on the call.
